Admission Procedure

An application cum registration form can be obtained from the school office. Kindly fill in the details and submit it at the school office along with birth certificate, Transfer Certificate and Report Card of Previous Class.

Address for correspondence must be written clearly. Any change therein must be intimated to the office.

All information regarding the Entrance Test will be available at school’s reception.

Eligibility : At the time of seeking admission for a particular class, the child must be studying One class lower (b) s/he must strictly meet the age requirements.

 

The lower age limit for admission to Class I is 5 years, similarly co-relation of age and the class to which admission is sought, is a must. Students who are overage shall not be offered admission. Birth Certificate from the Municipal or a recognized body required as proof of age.

On receipt of the Application form, School will telephonically intimate the parents informing them of the date and time for the Admission Test. Admission Tests will be conducted in the school.

Admission will be taken by paying the fees. The Registration fee is not refundable in any case.

Parents of children admitted are expected to confirm their acceptance within ten days. The acceptance of admission should be accompanied by the payment in accordance with the instructions in the offered letter. The same will be forfeited if the offer once accepted is later declined.

Students will have to produce a Transfer Certificate. Incase the child is asked to join on a specific date without taking the final examination, a Transfer Certificate of promotion to the previous class will have to be provided.

The acceptance of the registration form is no guarantee that the child will be admitted and it does not involve the school in any obligation to admit the boy.

Admission to class XI will be given on the basis of performance in Xth std. Board Result. The subject selection will be strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the core subjects of the stream opted for.
